HaulBoard is a field-service tool from Lane Lab for U.S. junk-haul and light-haul businesses nationwide. This draft explains what the app collects while we dogfood the CRM. It is not a Texas-only product.
What we collect. Crew accounts (name, email) via Clerk. Job data you type or photograph (customer name, phone, curb address, notes, pile photos, quotes, invoices). Optional payment-connect status if you link Stripe or Square. We do not sell this data.
Why. To run the board: leads, quotes, schedules, and invoices for your crew Organization. Photos help quote the pile. Phone numbers are for reminders and pay-link texts you choose to send.
Who sees it. People in your Clerk Organization, and vendors we need to run the product (hosting, auth, database, photo storage). Customers who open a pay link see that job’s invoice amount and status — not your whole board.
Retention. Default: we keep crew and job records while the workspace is active. Email us to close a crew and we delete what we control as soon as we reasonably can.
Security. Data sits with those hosted vendors; access is limited to people who operate HaulBoard.
Children. HaulBoard is for adult crews. It is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
