HaulBoard is an experimental crew tool for U.S. junk-haul and light-haul businesses nationwide. These draft terms cover the current dogfood app (web and a coming TestFlight build). They are not a finished commercial contract, and this is not a Texas-only product.
The service. You get a job board for junk / light-haul work: photo leads, quotes, schedule, invoices. Features will change. We may pause or reset demo data. Do not treat this as a system of record for taxes or licensed hauling paperwork.
Your local rules. You stay responsible for the city and state rules that apply to your jobs (permits, dump tickets, licensed hauling). Texas law on this page is only the forum for disputes with Funny Business LLC — it does not set the hauling or licensing rules for every crew’s local work.
Your data vs our IP. You and your crew own the customer job data you put in (contacts, photos, quotes, invoices). Funny Business LLC owns HaulBoard — the software, design, and the HaulBoard / Lane Lab names.
Your crew. You are responsible for the jobs, photos, and customer contacts you store, and for having permission to text or invoice those people. Keep your Clerk Organization to people who should see that book of work.
Acceptable use. Do not use HaulBoard to fake licensed hauling paperwork, or to send spam or other texts people did not agree to receive.
Ending use. You can stop using the app and email us to close the workspace. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or we stop offering this TestFlight product.
On-truck pay notes. Mark paid (cash, Venmo, check) is a crew note. Online pay links are a stub unless you connect a processor. We are not your merchant of record in this draft.
No warranty. The app is provided as-is. We are not liable for missed jobs, lost photos, or invoice mistakes while this is in test.
