This page is the public web path Google Play requires for account deletion, and a backup for Apple. You can also delete in the iOS or Android app under Settings → Delete account.
How to request deletion
- In the app: Settings → Delete account (confirm; complete the flow).
- On the web: sign in → Settings → Delete account, or use the form on this page / at https://haulboard-hunk-junk.vercel.app/delete-account once live on production.
- Email backup: haulboardcrm@gmail.com with subject “Delete account” and the email on the account (works without reinstalling the app).

What we delete
Your sign-in account, profile, org memberships we control, and associated personal data we are not legally required to keep — generally within 30 days (backups and legal holds may delay full purge). We will confirm when the account is removed from active systems.
What may be retained (and why)
- Records needed for tax, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal holds.
- Aggregated / de-identified analytics that cannot reasonably identify you.
- Job-pay records may remain with Stripe or Square under your tenant merchant account — HaulBoard LLC is not merchant of record for job payments.
Workspace vs one user
Deleting one crew login is not the same as closing an entire organization. Org owners who need a full workspace wipe should export jobs first, cancel the SaaS subscription in web Settings, then email haulboardcrm@gmail.com with subject “Close workspace” and the org name. In-product admin steps for org wipe may be expanded later; email remains the supported path for full workspace close.
Subscription
Cancel the HaulBoard SaaS plan on the web (Settings). Store apps do not sell the subscription. Billing continues until you cancel on the web.
Sign in with Apple
If you signed in with Apple, we revoke related Apple tokens when we delete the account (Apple TN3194 / revoke tokens).
